Step #1: Navigate to HeyAdvisor and click log in.

Step #2: Click Reset my password.

Step #3: Enter your email and click Send Password Reset Email.

Step #4: You will receive an email. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Common problems:

Did not receive a confirmation email.  

• Check your spam folder, if you don't receive the email within an hour go through the process again.
  
  

The link has expired

• If the link has expired simply reset your password again to get a new confirmation email.
