Team Admins: Changing Your Secondary User

Team admins can change the secondary user at any time. You may want to change this user if you have had staffing changes, or have never added anyone in the past and you now want to include a team member. 

Step #1: Navigate to HeyAdvisor and sign in.

Step #2: Click Settings at the top right corner

Step #3: Change the secondary user by entering their first name, last name, and email. They will be sent an email to join, and the previous user will no longer have access.
